I never ever drive that fast. I have a radar detector which did NOT go off. I am SURE this guy is making this up. I don't know what to do however, because I have to work and can't take time off to fight this charge. I also didn't know I can ask him to show me proof which would not have existed. I do not think he even had it on, as the radar detector is extremely sensitive (K-40). ASK FOR PROOF if you get stopped in Pennsylvania...
