About

The mission of FIGHTGHS.COM is to provide residents of Pennsylvania and others nationwide easy access to documents related to the Pennsylvania State Police GHS (Genesis Handheld Stationary) radar gun scandal. We relieve the burden of searching for documents surrounding this topic and provide them FREE for download.

The Pennsylvania State Police persist that their GHS radar guns are accurate and reliable, however, they have no reliable evidence to prove so and independent studies show how inaccurate these guns truly are.

We strongly encourage anyone who has recently received a speeding ticket from the Pennsylvania State Police and was clocked with a GHS (Genesis Handheld Stationary) radar gun to plead not guilty and fight your case. The University of Pittsburgh evaluation has enough supporting evidence to prove that the radar guns are completely inaccurate. Their conclusion that a targeted moving vehicle will overwrite all of the spurious readings they obtained is an opinion. This situation was never tested and has not been proven fact, nor did the professor conducting the study, Marlin Mickle, ever conclude that the tests proved the radar guns to be accurate like the Pennsylvania State Police have made it out to be. In short, the University of Pittsburgh study was used by the Pennsylvania State Police in an attempt to squash all questions regarding the accuracy of GHS (Genesis Handheld Stationary) radar.

Pennsylvania residents need to fight GHS (Genesis Handheld Stationary) radar until the Pennsylvania State Police make all of the records regarding the matter public. They insist that the radar is 100% accurate, so what do they have to hide? For those who have already been found guilty of speeding with a GHS unit, there is a good chance that there is hope for you as well once the documents are released and the truth is revealed. The more concerned residents who join the fight, the better chances there are of the records being released. Our mission is to inform the public about the problem and let the truth be discovered.

The state inspector general’s report and independent tests conducted by Guth Labs and Motorla have yet to be released to the public.
