Welcome to FightGHS.com. Our site is “the bible” for the GHS (Genesis Handheld Stationary) Radar gun scandal in Pennsylvania involving the Pennsylvania State Police and their attempts to cover-up the reported problems with this radar gun.

We provide users with numerous newspaper articles and documents regarding the matter. Many of these documents are no longer available from the original sources, and the Pennsylvania State Police has, for unknown reasons, removed them from their own site (http://www.psp.state.pa.us).

We encourage those that have been ticketed for speeding with GHS radar (Genesis Handheld Stationary) to plead not guilty and fight the ticket. Fighting the accuracy of the radar unit itself will be a difficult, almost impossible task, but building a good defense and testing the trooper on this particular radar unit and making the problems known is a start.

Please note: no additional information on the GHS Radar Scandal has been released to the public since 2005. The dates of the actual posts do not coincide with the article dates because I have converted the site to a different platform. This site is more for archival purposes and is rarely updated.
